Women's Retreat: "Becoming A Better ME" the primary objective of this retreat is to provide a positive and safe environment for African American women to take a break from their daily routines and rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul. This all-inclusive retreat will offer a range of healthy and therapeutic activities, counseling sessions, support groups, and inspiring conversations. We have arranged for an on-site counselor to ensure that the participants get the best care and attention. The retreat will focus on healing, healthy lifestyle, work-life balance, and much more.
