My name is Ashley Gadson

I am the founder of F.I.V.E. (Fortitude, Innovative, Value, Excellence) Women, a platform dedicated to empowering Black American women and promoting self-care and healing. As a mother of two and a wife, I often found myself neglecting my own self-care due to the demands of everyday life. This left me feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious. Realizing that I needed to make a change, I prioritized my own well-being so that I could be a better caregiver for my family.

Our community's ultimate goal is to prioritize self-care and self-love, especially for Black American women who face a unique set of daily stressors. We aim to provide a safe space for women to take a break from their responsibilities and focus on their own healing.
